Terms of Use

Rules for using On Deck.

Last updated: June 3, 2026

Acceptance of terms

By using On Deck, a service operated by Sienna Logic LLC, you agree to these Terms of Use and any policies referenced by them, including our Privacy Policy.

Who the service is for

On Deck is intended primarily for adults such as coaches, team parents, and other organizers who manage youth and amateur sports teams. You may not use the service if doing so would violate applicable law or any third-party rights.

Use of the service

You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the service, its operation, or other users. You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security features, or use the service to violate the rights of others.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your account information reasonably up to date. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us promptly at [email protected].

User content

You are responsible for the content you upload, store, generate, or play through the app, including music, logos, team details, player names, roster information, pronunciations, and announcements. You represent that you have the rights, permissions, and authority needed to use that content with the service.

Music and media rights

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of music, images, and other media complies with applicable licenses, platform terms, publicity rights, copyright law, and other legal requirements. On Deck does not grant you ownership of or independent rights to use copyrighted music, audio, images, voice content, or other third-party media beyond the rights you already have through the applicable platform or source.

Third-party music services

Some music-related features may let you search for, select, preview, or play music from third-party services such as Apple Music where supported. Availability depends on your device, region, account, and the service itself. When you use those services through the app, you must follow the applicable service terms.

Third-party services

Some features of On Deck rely on third-party services, including authentication, hosting, subscriptions, email delivery, music integrations, and voice-generation tools. We are not responsible for third-party services, content availability, or changes made by those providers.

Subscriptions and billing

On Deck offers the Starter Plan and the Season Pass auto-renewable subscription. The Starter Plan includes the main app features with limits on how many teams and players you can actively use. Season Pass unlocks additional teams and players beyond those limits, along with any other paid features shown at the time of purchase. Available plans, billing periods, and current pricing are displayed in the app and in the applicable app store listing at the time of purchase. Prices may vary by region. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of your selected plan. If billing is handled by the Apple App Store, Google Play, or another third-party platform, your subscription, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are also subject to that platform's terms, billing rules, and policies. We do not control third-party billing platforms.

Cancellations and changes

You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your device's account settings (on iOS: Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions; on Android: Google Play Store › Profile › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access until then. Except where required by law or the applicable billing platform's policies, fees already paid are non-refundable. If a paid subscription ends or is cancelled, your account will continue on the Starter Plan, and previously created teams or players beyond the Starter Plan limits may remain preserved but locked until you subscribe again. We may change pricing, Starter Plan limits, subscription offerings, or Season Pass features in the future, and any changes will apply prospectively after notice where required.

Availability

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We do not guarantee that the service, any feature, or any third-party integration will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms, created risk for other users, failed to pay required fees, or used the service in a way that could create legal, operational, or security harm. You may also stop using the service or delete your account at any time.

Disclaimer

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the owner and operator of On Deck will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version here and update the effective date above. Your continued use of the service after the updated terms take effect means you accept them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
