Privacy Policy

How On Deck handles your information.

Last updated: June 3, 2026

Overview

On Deck is operated by Sienna Logic LLC and is designed primarily for adults such as coaches, team parents, and other organizers who manage youth and amateur sports teams. We collect and use the information needed to provide account access, team management, Starter Plan and Season Pass functionality, media features, app settings, customer support, and service security.

Information we collect

Depending on how you use the app, we may collect account information such as your name, email address, and authentication details; subscription and purchase-related information; team and roster information; uploaded content such as team logos and player photos; music and media-related information such as selected song metadata and clip timing; announcement-related information such as templates, pronunciations, and voice selections; app settings and preferences; support communications; and device, diagnostics, and log information needed to operate, troubleshoot, and secure the service.

How we use information

We use information to create and secure accounts, sync teams, rosters, and settings across sessions, provide Starter Plan and Season Pass functionality, process subscriptions and restore purchases, operate music, clip editing, and announcement features, deliver transactional emails, respond to support requests, monitor performance, and maintain security and reliability. We may also send you product updates, feature announcements, and occasional promotional emails. You can opt out at any time by contacting us at [email protected].

Player and minors-related data

On Deck is intended for adult use only. Children do not create accounts or directly interact with the service through us. Any roster or player information entered into the app — such as names, jersey numbers, positions, or lineup details — is provided by the adult account holder, not collected directly from minors. Adults who enter player information are responsible for having the appropriate authority to manage that information.

Permissions and device access

If you grant permission, On Deck may access your photo library or media library so you can upload team logos, player photos, or choose music stored on your device. On iOS, the app may also request Apple Music access so you can browse or play Apple Music content available through your own account and device authorization. You can manage permissions in your device settings.

Third-party services

We use third-party service providers to operate the app. These may include Supabase for authentication, database, and storage services; RevenueCat and platform billing providers such as Apple or Google for subscription and purchase management; Resend or similar providers for transactional email delivery; Apple Music and other media or technology providers for music-related integrations; voice or AI providers for announcement generation features; and infrastructure, storage, and support tools used to run and secure the service.

Third-party music providers

On Deck integrates with Apple Music through Apple's official MusicKit framework using a developer token issued through our Apple Developer account. We use MusicKit to search the Apple Music catalog and, where authorized, play music through Apple's native ApplicationMusicPlayer. Full-track playback is only available to users who have an active Apple Music subscription on their own account — On Deck does not provide, proxy, or unlock Apple Music access. We do not download, store, or redistribute any Apple Music audio content. If you use these features, we may store limited song metadata (such as title, artist, and catalog ID) and related settings needed to operate app features. Access depends on your own Apple Music account, device authorization, and Apple's service availability.

How we share information

We may share information with service providers that help us run the app, process subscriptions, authenticate users, host content, deliver transactional emails, and provide customer support. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce our terms, protect the service, investigate abuse or fraud, or respond to legal requests.

Data retention

We retain information for as long as needed to operate the service, maintain your account, provide Starter Plan and Season Pass functionality, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. If you delete your account, we will process deletion of your account data, although some information may remain in backups, logs, or legal records for a limited period where permitted or required by law.

Your choices and requests

You can delete your account from within the app. You may also contact us to request account-related help or ask for access, correction, or deletion of your information, subject to applicable law and our legitimate business needs.

Tracking and advertising

On Deck is not designed as an advertising platform, and we do not use your information for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information, but no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version here and update the effective date above.
